#Using Thunder

we will explore how thunder work integrated with Bolt

#Bolt form

• first create a form
• make sure you enable the ticket system from the Extensions tab

#Thunder Office

• create the office, make sure to select the form from Support Channels
• any form you linked with thunder, it wont shown in /bolt path, only in /thunder
• after saving the office, make sure to set the user permissions
• you can now access the form from the url: /bolt/{form-slug}/{office-slug}
• after submitting a ticket, you can manage them from /admin/tickets
• the user can see their tickets from /thunder/tickets
• you can list all available offices for the user: /thunder
